Steamed Tapioca/Singkong kukus



I don't really like to eat singkong but this one is different.

How To Cook:
1. Steam the singkong until soft and tender, add a bit of salt.
2. Serve with grated coconut and sugar.

The singkong is ready to eat :)

Chicken Karaage



Resep ini saya pelajari dari seorang teman sekitar 8thn yg lalu dari Tokyo, Jepang. Nobuko-San.
Dan rasanya memang yummi!

Bahan-bahan:

*500g chicken fillet/daging ayam tanpa tulang.
*1cm jahe di parut
*2sdmkn kecap asin
*2sdmkn tepung gandum

Cara membuat:
1. Potong daging ayam into bite - menurut selera anda
2. Masukkan jahe yg sudah di parut, kecap asin dan tepung gandum ke dalam ayam - aduk rata. Biarkan selama 1 jam dan masukkan ke dalam kulkas.
3. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali dan goreng ayam yang sudah di perap hingga matang.

Ice Lemon Tea



Ice lemon tea is one of my favorite drink.

cara membuat:
1. Seduh 1 kantong teh selama 5 minit ke dalam air panas.
2. Masukkan gula, es batu dan perah lemon ke dalam teh.
3. Ice lemon tea siap di minum.

FRIED BEE HOON/ FRIED RICE VERMICELLI




I absolutely adore fried beehoon because it is easy to cook, yummy, easy, cheap, etc.. everything good! You can fry it with whatever ingredients you have on hand. It is awesome!

INGREDIENTS:
Beehoon
Cooking oil
Shallots
Garlic
Chilli (optional)
Vegetable as you wish
Eggs
Dried shrimps
Prawn/ chicken (optional)
Oyster sauce
sweet sauce
Light soy sauce(optional)


Preparation:
-Add the beehoon in the hot boiling water - drain and set aside.
-Cut all the ingredients.

Cooking:
1. Heat up the cooking oil in a large wok.
2. Stir-fry shallots, garlic and dried shrimp.
3. Add- stirfry eggs, chicken, prawn and vegetables.
4. add beehoon - stir fry.
5. add oyster sauce, sweet sauce, light soy sauce- stir well >> taste.
6. Serve on platter and garnish with spring anion and fried shallot :).
